Venue Details
- All areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible.
- Restrooms are located throughout the venue.
- Built in 1989, the Verizon Wireless Music Center is Indiana's premier outdoor music facility.
- Reserved seating is a non-smoking area. Smoking is allowed on the lawn and in the plazas
- Merchandise is available through EMI at three locations.
- Assistive listening devices are available at Guest Services. Interpreters require at least 48 hours advance notice for a performance.
- Please visit the Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau website for hotel listings.
- From the north: Take I-65 South to I-465 East to I-69 North to Exit #10, turn left to Bergen Blvd and then make a right to the venue. Take I-69 South to exit #10, turn right to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue. From the south: Take I-65 North to I-465 East to I-465 North to I-69 to Exit #10, turn left to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue. Take I-74 west to I-465 North to I-69 North to Exit #10, turn left to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue. From the east: Take I-70 West to I-465 North to I-69 North to Exit #10, turn Left to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue. From the west: Take I-70 East to I465 North to I-69 to Exit t#10, turn left to Bergen and then turn right to the venue. Take State Road 238 (Greenfield Road) to Boden Road, turn left to Gate #2 entrance at venue.
- Box Office hours starting in late spring are: Monday ? Sunday, 12p.m. to 5p.m. The Box office is open until 9:30p.m on event days.
- A $5.00 service charge is applied per ticket when purchased at the Box Office.
- Shirt, shoes and pants are required for entry.
- Security is provided ESG Security to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans along with members of the Hamilton County Sheriffs Department.
- Items not allowed in this venue include: aerosol cans and mace, beach balls, frisebees, toys, glass bottles, cans, tall beach chairs, chains, spikes, containers of any kind, coolers, jugs, fireworks, horns, knives, weapons, guns, laser pointers, outside liquor, signs, banners, and pets.
- Cab service is available to the venue.
- Ushers, Maintenance, Parking, and Security are all hired on a seasonal basis. More info can be obtained at vwmcemployees.com.
- Four ATMs are located at the venue.
- Parking is available and included in your event ticket. Premier Parking is available for $20.00.

- Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. No professional cameras are permitted in the venue.

- Items allowed in this venue include: snack or picnic food in one clear, plastic gallon size bag, factory sealed bottled water (one liter or smaller), lawn chairs for select shows, and blankets. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
- Enter Gates #1 or #2 with your state issued tag and proceed to the Premier Parking Lot.
- There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets.
- Limit two per person. Cut off time is one hour prior to event end time. No outside alcohol is allowed in the venue.

- There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
